The sparkling ocean, and frozen mountain PAINTINGS I did way back in my high school days, before the music (and the guitar) took over... Many of these original songs are the result of my deepest BLUES, and therefore I feel truly blessed to have such an amazing OUTLET through music. Creating music IS painting WITH sound AS color, and thus a venting and healing for the SOUL....That has been my true experience. And the journey through my many ups and downs has been aided by it immensely. ***For that I am most grateful.
I've had a few of my songs receive Billboard Honorable Mention Certificates in past contests, but never really did try and parleigh them into any real attempts at getting a deal or management / touring, etc...Mixed feelings about all the commitments that all that entails. But...
ALWAYS believe in yourself and your BIGGEST aspirations... and CONTINUE to cultivate and pursue them -beyond any obstacles, setbacks...or disappointments that may arise. Strength comes from overcoming anything or anyone at odds with our truest intentions. And letting go of that which holds us back... from evolving into better versions of who we truly can be. ~
The first 9 *audio trax are of an older band/project of my original music, and the musicians on these did an absolutely fine job. I was very fortunate to have them on it. My thanx to Tony DeLuca on keys, Matt Kulu on Bass, and Jim DeLise on drums for all their great work...
The *videos HERE are mostly my *CURRENT band (XRI) doing classic covers. And a couple of them are of me on an acoustic playing solo covers of Led Zeppelin, The Who, Aerosmith, etc., outdoors- @ the "Palace Of Depression" -an enigmatic historical landmark and old hangout in Vineland, N.J. very close to where I was raised. Thanx very much for visiting my reverbnation page.
*My OTHER reverbnation page and CURRENT band... is "X-RAY IMIJ" (A Jimi Hendrix Tribute)
*Feel free to visit the Facebook content at our Jimi "experience" THERE as well. Thanx again! ~ ((O
