The Bama Gamblers / Bio

In 2010, a group of young men attending school at Auburn University came together to play music for their friends at the local bar. With roots ranging from Huntsville, AL, to Atlanta, GA, the boys found common ground covering classic Southern Rock artists like The Allman Brothers Band, The Black Crowes, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. Since that night in Auburn, The Bama Gamblers have headlined shows in eight different states playing their original music and a busy touring schedule ahead of them.

After three years of delivering healthy servings of live shows across the southeast, The Bama Gamblers have developed an enthusiastically strong following. The band's original music blends the influential "Muscle Shoals Sound" from North Alabama and the gritty, electric guitar based soul grown in Atlanta to create a naturally polished version of a classic vibe. Over the last three years, The Bama Gamblers have shared the stage with artists such as: American Aquarium, Bart Crow, Benjy Davis Project, Brent Cobb, Casey Donahew Band, The Dirty Guv’nahs, Flowtribe, Jonathan Tyler and the Northern Lights, Ingram Hill, Mama’s Love, North Mississippi Allstars, Revival, Tony Brook Band, The Vegabonds, and Whiskey Myers.

The Bama Gamblers are set to release their debut album in the spring of 2014.
