Their story began on 2006 when Ross Becker and Lukas Borsten embarked upon their college careers at the University of Puget Sound. Ross, hailing from New Hampshire, and Luke, from Oregon, met in the first week of school and began playing music together immediately. Being multi-talented musicians, the two played together in a number of groups of various genres--funk, folk, hip hop, blues--strengthening their musical bond. After graduating, the duo moved to Portland and picked up classically trained Michael Raley on the upright bass, adding a ruckus, rhythmic root. Since then, they have been seducing (musically) Portland audiences, young and old.
