"When Two Worlds Collide" is about the spiritual relationship between femininity and masculinity and the task we ALL have to balance the two within ourselves. I believe it is because many men deny their feminine side and many women are scared of their masculine characteristics, that the World reflects back to us this imbalance. I believe it is this issue that is at the core of divorce and social and professional issues that come between us. There is an unnecessary power struggle going on that manifests financially, mentally, emotionally, and sexually. I cover all these areas on the album because I have struggled in all of them just like anyone else. Being Transgender I accept my dual nature as it uniquely expresses itself.

According to Egyptian Gospel, an Apocalypse will occur when male and female become one again, and traditional sexual roles subside. Angelica may not quite be all woman, but she's far from being a man. Angelica decided to step outside of the earthly defined roles of gender, and co-create with the divine to produce a new balance, a new chemistry, and a new & unique reflection of the world, flaws and all. Her music is one of the many expressions of the beautiful complexity that is created when the two worlds collide, Man & Woman. It’s a place stripped of illusions, labels, & fairytales. A place where everyone is loved and can freely discover who they are, what they're into, and discover one's strengths and my weaknesses. Angelica is ready to sing her stories to the world, and have those who feel her dance and sing along. Angelica Ross is on a journey that has not made sense to her family, and many others. She says however that, "it has made sense to the peaceful quite confidence in me that tells me to move forward."
