In May 2007, the album " The other side " of ALKIMYA recorded in the pain of the death of their singer Jérome SEMMARTIN goes out in 120 selling points in France, distributed by the label BRENNUS which also proposes to the band an international distribution. Indeed ALKIMYA takes up with the ambition of the big musical projects of the dinosaurs of the 70s (LED zeppelin, PINK FLOYD...). Approved by a large majority by the whole criticism, this album prefigures a beautiful career to this young band taken henceforth by Pierre PLACINES (vocals), Pierre BOSCARDIN (guitar), Jim SOURBES (bass), Jean DAVOISNE (drum kit) and Thierry OUSTY: keyboards and sound engineer in the studio AIRPORT where this CD was recorded.
