Alice Edun was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia to a Nigerian father and Russian mother.
In 2004, Grammy Award-winning, DJ/Producer Benny Benassi chose Edun among hundreds of vocalists for his "Benny Wants You" appeal program. As a result, she recorded lead vocals in 2005 on "Who's Knockin?" by FB. The record contains mixes by Ferry Corsten and Benny Benassi and was released through Dance Therapy, Holland.
