In 1979 Nigel Potter & Alan Davey(hawkwind bassist from 1984-2006) founded thee ORIGINAL & GENUINE "GUNSLINGER!"After tryin a few drummers with no success along came Andrew Lamb(Liffy),he was perfect & all 3 became good friends!Now with Liffy on drums(1980-82)this power trio was & still is an awesome band!In 1984 Alan(named Bass Assassin#2 by Lemmy,on Motorheads Orgasmatron album credits)was offered the job of bass for hawkwind.Gunslinger were without a drummer at that time and couldn`t find ...
