The letters are pouring in here at Owl Central. The first letter is from Michele who asks, “Should we bring our husbands and boyfriends or will we there be enough men to go around for all of us?” The Root Doctor says, “Yes, go ahead and bring them both if there is room in your tent”, but he thinks he will be enough man for all of the women. Greg asked, “Will my friends all be there?” Answer: “Yes if you bring them.” Please come early and stay long. We urge people to camp over to avoid driving drunk. There is lots of room for everyone’s tents and it’s more fun anyway. Bring food to share, any meal(s). We will have beer and wine. Bring any special beverages you prefer. (Underage drinking of alcoholic will not be tolerated this year or any year.) If you are new to the Owl Hill Gathering please contact us for maps and further info. It’ not complicated. We have at least 19 acts that will perform over the weekend. New to the roster are Brett Davis, Julia Davis, Airborne Implements and Ancestral Warship. Of course all of your annual favorites will be back. The pool is not working.

It's the End Of Winter Owl Hill Gathering at Jupiter Studios! The Alliance Fiber Fest is going from 11 to 4 followed closely by an all evening musical End Of Winter gathering with two stages featuring a rotating (and hopefully uninterrupted) schedule of acts including musicians, magicians, dancers, traditional West African drum circles and random open jams. It's going to be a magical, multifaceted evening with lots to do, see and drink, so come kick it with an eclectic bunch and we'll toast to the end of polar vortexes and bone-chilling wind.
