Bio
A No Name Band, também conhecida como A Banda Sem Nome, nasceu em Bauru em fevereiro de 2004 num ensaio combinado pelos amigos Braga,Walace, Thiago, Gustavo e Marcelinho, com a proposta despretenciosa de tocar alguns covers, mais focada em expressar idéias, sentimentos, experiências e desenvolver músicas próprias a partir das influências sonoras de seus membros. A formação inicial demorou um pouco a engrenar, tanto pela falta de bons equipamentos quanto por incompatibilidade musical. Isso gerou a saída de Marcelinho(guitarra) e Gustavo(vocal). Meses depois Gustavo foi assassinado brutalmente, a morte do ex vocalista abalou muito a banda pois mesmo o fato de não tocarem mais juntos não havia destruído a amizade entre eles.
Após alguns meses a frequência de ensaios melhorou e banda definiu-se com Thiago Braga(vocal/guitarra), Walace(vocal/guitarra) e Thiago de Paula( bateria) sendo que mesmo assim as vezes revezavam-se nos instrumentos na tentativa de criar outras possibilidades, adicionar outros instrumentos e até de tentar uma melhor execução.
Em 2005 fizeram poucas apresentações porém gravaram dezenas de sons, com qualidade ruim pela falta de recursos mas coisas que iriam ser trabalhadas mais tarde. No mesmo ano Braga afastou-se da banda por um tempo, nesse periodo Walace e Thiago tocaram o que restou da banda,gravaram um cd que nunca foi divulgado, chegaram até a se apresentar duas vezes como um dueto (guitarra/bateria).
Com o retorno de Braga após quase um ano a banda se fechou em uma garagem para recuperar a sintonia, longe dos palcos, ensaiando, gravando e ainda sem ter um baixista.
Em Agosto de 2007, a banda reuniu-se num estúdio em Agudos para gravar doze sons de um cd que não foi lançado até o momento, tudo o que a banda obteve foi a divulgação de suas músicas pelo site myspace.com/abandasemnome e em alguns outros sites.
Entre o fim de 2007 e o começo de 2008 a banda finalmente encontrou um baixista, Jonas de Campos, amigo que resolveu aceitar o convite por identificar-se com o som.
No inicio de 2008 a banda foi convidada a lançar material por um pequeno selo da Alemanha, CMP(ContraMusikProduction), mas a falta de grana adiou novamente um lançamento oficial.
Apesar de não ter conseguido concluir um cd que além de boa qualidade de gravação tivesse também arte visual e encarte a banda continua a gravar divulgando suas musicas gratuitamente na internet.
Todos os integrantes compõem as músicas, que as vezes são feitas e gravadas em sessões únicas . Existe tambem um trabalho com imagens e textos feitos com intenção de ampliar e enfatizar nossa linguagem artistica.
As principais influencias são o pós punk,o noise experimental, o rock alternativo e também o metal de bandas estrangeiras como: Joy Division,The Fall, Sonic Youth, Sebadoh, Pavement, The Cure, Radiohead, Pixies,My Dad is Dead, Smashing Pumpkins, Deftones, Sigur Ros... e bandas brasileiras como:Legião Urbana,Sepultura, Los Hermanos, etc. Tudo isso diluído em inquietude, músicas instrumentais, sentimentos cantados, etc..

No Name Band
The No Name Band, also known as A Banda Sem Nome, was born in Bauru 350 km São Paulo in February 2004 in a combined test by friends Braga, Wells, Thiago, Gustavo and Marcelinho, with the proposal despretenciosa to play some covers, more focused on expressing ideas, feelings, experiences and develop their own music from noise influences of its members. The training took a while to mesh, both by the lack of good equipment as a musical incompatibility.
That led to the departure of Marcelinho (guitar) and Gustavo (speech). Months later Gustavo was brutally murdered, the death of former vocalist has shaken the very same band as it does not touch the fact there was more together destroyed the friendship between them.
After a few months the frequency of tests and improved band set up with Thiago Braga (voice / guitar), Wells (voice / guitar) and Thiago de Paula (drums) where there are often turns on the instruments in an attempt to create other possibilities, and even add other tools to try to better execution.
In 2005 they did a few presentations but dozens of recorded sounds, with poor quality due to the lack of resources but things would be worked later. In the same year Braga moved away from the band for a while, in this period Wells and Thiago played what remained of the band, record a CD that was never disclosed, even a show twice as a duet (guitar / drums).
With the return of Braga after nearly a year the band is in a closed garage to retrieve the line, behind the stage, rehearsing, recording and still without a bassist.
In August 2007, the band met in a studio to record twelve Treble sounds of a CD that has not been released so far, everything the band has returned to the disclosure of their music through the site myspace.com / abandasemnome and some other sites.
Between the end of 2007 and beginning of 2008 the band finally found a bassist, Jonah Field, a friend who decided to accept the invitation to identify with the sound.
At the beginning of 2008 the band was invited to launch material for a small seal from Germany, CMP (ContraMusikProduction), but the lack of money again postponed an official release.
Despite failing to finish a CD that in addition to good quality recording had also visual art booklet and the band continues to write your own songs for free advertising on the Internet.
All members composing the music, that sometimes are made and recorded in single sessions. There is also a work with images and text made with the intent to expand and emphasize our artistic language.
The main influences are the post-punk, the experimental noise, the alternative rock and metal bands also the foreign like: Joy Division, The Fall, Sonic Youth, Sebadoh, Pavement, The Cure, Radiohead, Pixies, My Dad is Dead, Smashing Pumpkins, Deftones, Sigur Ros ... and Brazilian bands such as: Legião Urbana, Sepultura, Los Hermanos, and so on. All this diluted with concern, instrumental music, sung feelings, etc..
