Transpose was started at the beginning of 2006 in Camden County, GA and immediately the band started writing songs that would eventually become the debut album.
Gold certified producer Scott Fravala (Red Jumpsuit Apparatus) attended a show in Jacksonville, FL and was impressed enough to approach the band and offer them to record the debut album at his studio in Orange Park, FL.
