Kind of selfish, maybe, but I figure if you're watching me, then I should be leading on in the having of good times, else you might leave, then trash my good name on the streets of your town, leaving my precious image sullied, rendering my burgeoning career defunct, and resigning the good times to be, well, not so good. I like to see your faces upturned toward the stage, light playing on them softly like the fingers of some ginger lover who's afraid to wake you.
