The fourth event in the Avalon Resort Summer Concert Series is 3 days and runs Friday, August 15 through Sunday, August 17. The 17th annual Avalonfest will feature live music all 3 days. Vendors are already reserving space for the fan-favorite Vendor Marketplace.It is expected to be a fun weekend packed with great food, a variety of music, workshops and entertainment. Honky Tonk in the Holler. This weekend Avalon Resort goes country. If you like country, country rock, Southern rock and the blues you will want to be at Avalon this weekend. The Summer Concert Series returns with its third event of the summer, ‘Honky Tonk in the Holler’ on Saturday, July 26. There will be a whole day of entertainment. Grab your boots and your cowboy hat. That’s all you’ll need and join us in the ‘holler’. The day begins with vendors, food, music and a full-service bar in the Barn. From late morning ‘til early afternoon country music will be provided by a DJ. Then the live music takes the barn stage. No country music fan will want to miss this event. The vendor market place will also be open all day. Come on out, kick up your heels and dance the night away.
