“Los Angeles singer/songwriter called MITCHELL. Yes, he only goes by his first name. 7, Mitchell sings of loss and pain, with candid sentimentality. He has a very light, uplifting voice, which steadily emotes with each chord and drum beat. His music is simple, yet interspersed with complex emotions. It’s not terse or tiring on the ears. The guitar work on “Appreciate You” is his best. The progression is solid, the vocals in sync with the beats, and the tone of the song tender. It feels like being in bed with a lover who treats the experience as his first, yet is more experienced than a virgin. Chicks will certainly dig this CD. I am one of them. Mitchell released his new album self titled 7/20/2010”
