71 Stars came from my love of primary numbers and a need for a numerical identifier. Prime numbers only can only be divided by 1 and themselves which reminds me that nothing can stop me except myself and 'the one'. 71 is prime and has the lucky 7 and again with the 1 in it. 71 has been my favorite number for as long as I can remember having one. The star part actually came from the old school days of pagers. When you would page someone with the number to call back at we would always put a * and our favorite number at the end so others knew who to ask for on the phone....-- *71 I am *71....

71 Stars is currently in the studio recording our first full length CD. We are working very hard to have the release ready by early fall 2008. Patience is a virtue I myself need more of - I promise there is no one more anxious to get this out to the fans as I am!
