Marijuana is considered a holy herb used by Rastas to intensify meditation." the Palm Beach reggae-roots artist says. Abbot has pleasant memories of the April day that inspired the song. He says that he and Jamaican Reggae act Silver Ice had taken a break from recording in the studio on the island and were walking through an open-air market when they encountered a Rasta selling fresh collie herb from the mountains. "The Rastaman's eyes glowed with intensity as he told us how sweet his weed was," Abbot Recalls.
