Vladdy is a songwriter originally born in Moscow who relocated to Melbourne, Australia in 1990.
Taking piano lessons from the young age was a key factor in building up his musical foundations, however hearing The Doors, Blood, Sweat & Tears and ABBA in his parents vinyl collection changed his musical perspective completely!
Ten years later, Vladdy re-discovered his passion for music.Inspired by Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton he decided to study guitar seriously.
Influences include: 10 CC, Badfinger, ELO, Cream, Hendrix, Tommy Bolin, Fishbone, Uli Jon Roth, Michael Schenker, T-Rex, Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Deep Purple, Boston, Black Crowes, Jellyfish, Chris Cornell, Todd Rundgren, Eleven, Rufus Wainwright, Harry Nillsson, Elton John, Sly & The Family Stone, Greg Howe, Richie Kotzen, Prince, Funkadelic, Stevie Wonder.
In the last decade Vladdy chose to focus on electric guitar & song arrangements. In the past two years he played live with a few well known Melbourne singer/songwriters.
His main influence includes; 70s Pop music, Classical and Rock music, Blues, Funk and Jazz, Visual Art, Philosophy.
