Hi Everybody,
I am an unsigned singer/songwriter who enjoys writing powerful, original songs across many musical styles including Rock, Indie, Rockabilly and Reggae.. One of my favourite genres is Rockabilly and I lead a local fun band called Vince Lightning & The ThunderBoltz; www.thethunderboltz.com
I am on a mission to keep original music more than just alive and kicking but also developing with original ideas and new melodies built on authentic raw beat and energy.
Vince Lightning (me) has been around a while; from the start of the Psychobilly days in London in the early 1980's playing drums with The Jailbirds and supporting great acts like The Guana Batz and Buddy Curtis and the Grasshoppers.
The ThunderBoltZ family has grown and changed over the years and a debt of gratitude is owed to all former members, especially Grant Jefferies who helped me start up as a powerful Duo.
More recently I have played Rock n Roll piano with The JukeBox Heroes and The Jumping Jacks (with Kav Kavannagh) and Rockabilly drums with Lew Lewis and The Twilight Trio.
If you like my original songs please pass the word around and it would be great to see you at one of our gigs; just come over and say 'hello' we don't bite...hard!
Stay safe People and keep on Rockin' and thanks for your support.
Cheers
Vince
