I am a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist creating lyrical story telling done through styles ranging from traditional blues and folk, western and country, to rock and finger style ballad. Primarily a guitarist (acoustic and electric) I also play drums, percussion, bass guitar, harmonica, keys and play at a variety of other stringed instruments.
I began playing music in the early 60’s as the drummer in a garage band performing surf tunes and rock ‘n roll at parties and dances. I became interested in the guitar about the same time and, influenced by the folk and rock music of the period, I was writing and performing songs by the Junior year of high school. In the mid-70s I relocated to North Central Washington performing in lounges, clubs and events as a single act, in a duo and in local band. I've relocated several times over the intervening years finally ending in Southern New Mexico....for now.
My musical styles range from the Blues to Western, from ballad to rock and popular.
