ALL SHOWS ARE WEATHER PERMITTING THIS IS AN OUTDOOR STAGE We make the call on weather the day of the show by 1pm. If we cancel by 1pm there is no compensation, You should contact us if there is questionable weather. We will make every effort to reach you on the cell # you provide below as well as email. You are compensated according to your contract if you have to stop playing for weather conditions. We prefer to keep it as Acoustic as possible, Bands limited to 4 pieces We require 75% cover material WE PROVIDE SOUND SYSTEM: Allen & Heath QU-PAC digital mixer, iPad 3- Flying 208 CIM-ONE SYSTEMS All Weather monitors, 2 -FLYING 208 CIM-ONE SYSTEMS mains, 8 -BOSE speakers on the grounds and around Creekside Bar Stage Lights 4 Direct Boxes Sound person BANDS PROVIDE: 
 -W9 to confirm date
 -Stage Plot- Diagram of where all band members are on stage and their gear-Due at time of confirmation
 -Input List- list of all input you use and what they are-Due at time of confirmation,
 -All Microphones needed for Vocals and instruments, 
 -Instrument & mic stands, 
 -Instrument & Mic cables, amps -If you use a bass or guitar amp it must have a line out to the mixer OR a mic with line to mixer 
 *You may also want to bring fans if you’re playing in the summer months *
TO CONFIRM DATE WE HAVE TO HAVE: W9 AND STAGE PLOT/INPUT LIST EMAILED BACK DETAILS: 
Our stage is 18' 7" at it's widest across the front and angles back to a point, drummer is in the point in back.

RESTRICTIONS FOR DRUM & AMP SIZES. 
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE ALL BAND MEMBERS READ THIS DOCUMENT AND ADHERE TO THE RESTRICTIONS. IF YOU SHOW UP WITH INAPPROPRIATE GEAR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE IT AND/OR MAY HAVE TO FORFEIT YOUR SHOW-AT YOUR EXPENSE. Restrictions are not negotiable. 
DRUM SIZES: small drum kits only with bass drum (kick) no larger than 22 “ Tall X 16” deep, we prefer 20” X14” -Cocktail set is perfect. Mic on Kick only, you supply mic. 

BASS AMPS: Single amp or small half stack-must be NO LARGER THAN 10” or 12" speakers, and must be run through the system with a line in, or a mic. 

ELECTRIC GUITAR AMPS: should be small as well and run through the system with a line in or a mic. DINNER: is provided for each member of a band- you may order from the Creekside Menu only, AND you must eat either before your show or After your show. There is no time on the breaks to do so. We do not pay for alcohol.

BREAKS: 
3 Hr. show- breaks are 15 minutes, you will have 2- 45 min. sets and 1- 60 min. set. 
You are not to skip a break and have a 30 minute break later. Unless you are cleared to do otherwise at time of booking. LOAD IN AND SOUND CHECK 
Please be on time- This is a vacation destination so traffic on weekends in summer is extremely high. 
Sound Person will be onsite to meet you for load-in and sound check
We like to have Sound Checks FINISHED 30 minutes before show time
*New Time* SHOWS ARE 6-9PM (except oyster roasts)
 ALL LOAD IN TIMES ARE 4:30 (except solos and oyster roasts)
 Solo Load In time is 5:00 OYSTER ROASTS
LOAD IN TIME - 2:30
 SHOW TIME: 4-8PM 

BASIC PAY SCALE: Solo-$150 Duo-$250 Trio $300 4pc-$400
