Bio: Welcome To Fudge Recording Studio Since 1998 Fudge Recording Studio has been the private recording studio of New Orleans own platinum selling band Better Than Ezra. In early 2007 Fudge was thoroughly updated and is now available for all of your recording needs. Professional acoustic treatment of the main tracking room, a new batch of hi-end pre amps, and a new Pro Tools HD rig were included in the upgrading of the studio.In early 2008 Fudge was updated again with the addition on a second control room complete with console, 2" tape machine, and second computer system. A new rooftop deck was also added for a great place to relax while working here. Along with the recording spaces, the studio includes a full kitchen, 2 full baths with showers, laundry facilities, and a lounge with TV, DVD/VHS, playstation, and wireless Internet. Right off of the historic St. Charles Avenue streetcar line, Fudge is located in the heart of the Lower Garden District, with numerous restaurants, shops, and hotels within a few blocks. Before being open to the public, a few of the projects recorded here include Howie Day, Louis XIV, and of course Better Than Ezra.
