A multi-instrumentalist known for her passion in all she does, Paula has toured (on banjo) with old-time darlings "Uncle Earl", with old-time powerhouse Bruce Molsky (on guitar, banjo uke) and recorded and toured with Tony Trischka (guitar, piano); she, Bruce and Tony formed the acoustic roots trio "Jawbone". She also was a founding member of the acclaimed old-time trio "The Rhythm Rats" and New England's own honkytonkers "Girl Howdy". She played for many years with her late husband, Bill Dillof, in the old-time duet "Moonshine Holler" (vocals, guitar, banjo, ukulele and feet) and now joins up with a variety of partners to continue perfoming roots music.
THE BUSTERS: Kevin Maul (steel guitar); Peter Bearup (electric guitar); Bob Resnick (drums); Steven Clyde/ Gene Lemme(Doghouse bass)
KEVIN MAUL (steel guitar): Singer and steel guitarist Kevin Maul was part of folk greats Robin and Linda Williams' band for ten years, toured with the Burns Sisters Band, and played with rockabilly ravers the Lustre Kings, who backed Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Wanda Jackson. He's performed with Soul/Blues icons the Holmes Brothers and has shared the stage with people like Greg Brown, Tim O'Brien, voodoo blues king John Mooney, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Vince Gill, Chet Atkins, dobro master Jerry Douglas, and the Everly Brothers. With Robin and Linda Williams, he was a frequent guest on Garrison Keillor's "A Prairie Home Companion" as well as Mountain Stage, E-Town and Austin City Limits.
BOB RESNICK: Bob has been playing drums and percussion for most of his adult life, creating quality music in a variety of genres that he passionately plays and understands. He brings a dance groove and energy that helps set up the honky-tonk swing of Paula Bradley & The Twangbusters. He applies simmering propulsion to his minimalist 1960’s band "Off The Record", or his duo with slide guitarist extraordinaire Kevin Maul. Bob has traveled from funk to rock n roll, from country to blues, and everything in between, and he's been part of ensembles that have opened for luminaries such as Leon Russell, The Impressions, and Scotty Moore. Bob's rhythms support the song, the singer, and the genre with impeccable taste and flair.
