I was born and raised on the MS Gulf Coast and have been singing, playing and writing music for almost 40 years. I write, produce, and record my own music from a personal studio I built a piece of gear at a time over many years - including woodworking tools and such to build the interior with literal blood sweat and tears. My main instruments are synths and piano. I also perform all of the vocal tracks. With rare exception, the bulk of the instrument tracks on my recordings are electronic, including the hand-edited drums... no presets for me... mostly. LOL. However, nothing beats the spirit that live musicians bring to the mix. I believe that my songs would take on a whole new life with a 'real' band backing them up. Any takers? Some of the songs here I hope to re-record and mix one day as my audio engineering skills have improved since the time they were recorded. Some of them many years ago.
When I'm not making music, I work from my personal studio for a digital marketing agency in New York doing things like Search Engine Optimization, a bit of web and graphic design here and there, a bunch of WordPress stuff, and reports, and analytics, and reports, and statistics, and reports... did I say reports? You get the picture.
As long as you have something you aspire to you will always have purpose.
