Q: From Melissa - When did you get started in music?

A: Hi Melissa, I got started in music after being inspired by the singer/guitarist Lindsey Buckingham (of Fleetwood Mac) around 1988. I began learning the guitar and singing, eventually putting a local band together. I left the band in the 90's to work on original material. I was tired of performing cover songs. I craved creativity. I haven't looked back since. I have always preferred the studio over live performance.
