We started out as BLEND in the mid-nineties,as I went only by BARON.However there was another group out there by the same name & a caribbean artist simply named baron. So i stuck my 1st name on.After personell changes emerged AUTHORIZED.The funk has always been there.See I'm not afraid of the funk, not scared to say I am funk,I embrace it.I like other genres, even play 'em.But I still must add funk.Tho Lorhonda's add soul, the funk is what it is."can I rock,baby?"-T.Baron
