“Local rock heroes, SharkLegs were up next. From what I heard it was going to be their last show for awhile because their guitarist is having surgery. They started off and the crowd was going nuts, singing the words and moshing. It was pure fun. You could tell they had a great mix of influences in their band, from the guitarist wearing a Motley Crue shirt to the band doing a Misfits cover. Half way through the set I was once again feeling sick to my stomach, I ran outside once again and began vomiting. I missed a good chunk of SharkLegs set and was really disappointed in myself. I however made it inside for the last song and decided why not, I’ll join the mosh pit. I must say, it was pretty intense for a local show. I really wish they would have had some CD’s available because I would have picked one up. I hope this band will tour soon and come to Wilmington so everyone can check them out.
