The Motor Primitives
The Motor Primitives formed in 2003 and became known for their jangly guitar rock. During live performances, the Motor primitives took their audiences through sets that span high energy dance inducing tunes to mid tempo head bobbers to war grooving melodic songs. The atmosphere was always friendly and encouraged interaction between the band members and their fans. Prior to crawling out of the basement, the Motor Primitives were Pam Barrett, Alex Turner and Sandy Diamond. By the time they started gigging regularly, the lineup included the dreamy yet direct voice of Pam Barrett with Kat Spring ripping elegant and driving solos, Matthew Sanborn playing frisky bass and Robin Davies beating the hell out of his drums. In later years, the lineup changed to include Jeff Muendel on organ, Ed Feeny on bass and Kenn Busch on drums with Pam Barrett as the last original member.
