Swing Gadjo

Swing Gadjo was founded by Matt Kramer and Armin Hadamer, both acoustic guitar. Jeff Becker (double bass) and Chris Curro (percussion) joined soon after to complete the band. Together they play and celebrate the music and legacy of Django Reinhardt (1910-53). The band’s repertoire includes many of Django’s world-famous tunes but also several original compositions by band members, most notably Matt Kramer. Nathalie Braux (clarinet) performed and recorded with Swing Gadjo for two years before she moved to Spain. Contact Swing Gadjo at swinggadjo@gmail.com.
