At age 17, Superheat founder Dennis Lee met Shirley King, the daughter of Blues legend BB King, and joined the Shirley King Blues Band. During this time he honed in his blues chops and established himself as one of the premiere players in the Chicago blues scene. From there he formed a long-time partnership with Nashville recording artists that led to awards, international success, and even a few Grammy nods.
SuperHeat is the vehicle by which Lee now showcases his lightening playing, electric songwriting, and superb improv performances.
