'My story'
I was born close 'Dunkerque' a big harbor in the north of France on september 25th 1964. My father job was docker, so I grew up between the docks, the railways fret stations and the bunkers of the last mondial war. It was my aera games.
At the age of 8 I went in the music accademy of 'Saint pol sur mer', the city I lived. I study the music (read and write) during four and half years, I played stand drum.
I discovered the Rock'n'roll at the age of 13, when Elvis left us. I began to learn how to play guitar a the age of 14. At the age of 15 I met Marcel Dadi (the french Chet Atkins) and I played on his guitar
On 1981, I was 16, I played in my first rockabilly band named 'Franckie Deher and the Kids' (we really were kids). I began to play lead guitar, we played in the bars, and little pop festivals, went in the local Fm radios, recorded in studios etc.....
In 1983,as the career of the band seemed to turn right, the army called three members of the band (we were 5) so the drummer went to the infantry as stand drummer (no more rock'n'roll), the rythm guitar went in the french air force, and I joined the navy as car driver. The activities of the band went very slowly from 1983 to 1985
On 1985 Chris Boppin' (a friend of mine he has a 'myspace' profil) found for the band a recording session in the studio of the county radio 'Fréquence nord'. We recorded 5 songs, and announced a concert. On june 'Franckie Deher and the kids' recorded for TV, (channel 3) a show named 'Avenue du rock'. One years later as we came back home from Paris we decided (all the members) to stop the band, I stopped playing live for the next 7 years.....
I was always training hard at home during this time. From 1987 to 1993, I had fun with a gang of bikers (sometimes I played for my biker friends in private partys). In 1993 I felt to play live again.
At the end of October 1994, I realised my teenage dream, I went to Memphis USA. . So when I went back in France I decide to form a band.. I was the manager of the band. At the end of November 97, the firm I was working for ask me to moove to Tours city or around, I had a better contract to do it, so I left the town I was born
