Q: What is the source of your blues?

A: As in, why do I have the blues, or who are my influences? I guess I could just answer both...I'm sad because...well...Tampa Red said he had peaches in his pantry and bacon on his shelf but he was sure tired of sleeping by himself...that doesn't really apply to me, though...maybe I'm still making up for all the nights I was sleeping by myself...maybe it's the fact that living life without loving is not really living, but at the same time, you're going to lose everything you love... my influences are John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf (and his guitarist Hubert Sumlin), Son House, Robert Johnson, Sonny Boy Williamson (Rice Miller), Little Walter, Jimmy Reed, Scotty Spenner...and on and on... If i'm not answering your question, ask again, and I'll try harder.
