The admission-free event is open to everyone and offers a variety of arts and cultural programs, including live music, visual arts, theatre, dance, literature, culinary demonstrations, historical arts and much more. Events will be held at West Virginia Northern Community College on the Square, Independence Hall, and at the Ohio County Public Library, with additional artisans and performers showcased within these downtown blocks.
