Sola Soetan is described as the young man with the Golden voice, with a talent for song writing that flows effortlessly and a strong anointing for leading Praise and worship of which he is esteemed for his ability to move audiences. These talents however find their greatest expression because of His Love for God.
After a recent successful training at Pointblank Music production College,London and a certificate in Creative Entrepreneurship from the Lagos Business School,
Sola Soetan has evolved into a fully groomed Artiste,Producer, Music Tutor and Entrepreneur.
He recently released an album titled God of Heaven in the UK and Nigeria with some of the tracks like Tell Jesus and Brand New Day produced by him.
He has a video of the title track “God of heaven” which is gradually creating a buzz in media circuits.
He released another single on his birthday Feb 19th titled “ Daddy ” written,sang and produced by him.
He is the CEO and Creative head of fast rising Newsong Academy, a multi- faceted music education service provider, Newsong Records and MixMasters, a music and audio production outfit.
Currently in the UK and Nigerian gospel industry, he is hailed as one of the fast rising influential worship leaders to emerge from the African church sector in recent years. He is heating up the church circuits with his energetic sound and colorful mix of contemporary African praise & worship and inspirational songs with a style so diverse, he appeals to every preference.
MUSICAL BACKGROUND
He grew up as a child exposed to the music of King Sunny Ade, Chief Ebenezer Obey, Michael Jackson,Don Moen,Panam Percy Paul and Ron Kenoly. His greatest musical influence was and is still from the church. He started singing and handling percussions from age 10 and gradually grew to a level where he started singing and writing his own songs having been influenced by the music of contemporary gospel greats. He started his own band when he was 19 (signet ring crew) and has been organizing and performing at concerts and music gigs for the past 15yrs. He started singing professionally in 2002 and has worked with other artistes on their projects. He also performed in some big concerts and events both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

Reading, watching movies, listening to music, meeting people, making friends, singing and creating music.
What Motivates Me
I believe in the power of positive and Godly music. It can change lives, inspire HOPE; put a smile on the faces of the poorest of men and help to build a great society. Apart from its entertainment value, music can educate, inform, inspire, heal and motivate the hearts of men to accomplish great things. With the help of God, the above and more is what I hope to achieve with my music.
Furthermore, I intend to help in building a strong and dynamic structure for Godly and positive music in Nigeria.

Sola Soetan is no gimmick; "I am on a Mission" is a statement he commonly relies on for expression. He is no ordinary man and is not one to be compared with any other. The truth is Sola Soetan has only just begun.
