In 1987 he was Breakdancing on cardboard. By 1989 his big brother Zennon handed Mali some of hip-hops illest rap and heavy metal artist on tape. Father Ian Clyne R.I.P (musician for 1960’s rock band ‘The Loved Ones’) involved Mali with numerous projects like making sound effects for TV commercials at Rich North Studios. By the time 1991 came about raps influence grew so powerful he began cutting up classic vinyl like the original soundtrack 'Colors' & Motor City's very own 'Awesome Dre' while also mixing together hip-hop themed O.G compilations onto cassette tape. After a troublesome Wild-Childhood, Mali bought himself back from the Depths Of Hell. 2006 Skitzo Productions met the wonderful Lady Lash (ex-wife/fam4Life) and they were mentored by Dan West 'Dig Deep Project' alongside conscious rap artists - Mantra, Macromantics and Kustom. Skitzo Productions very first 3 beats were recorded over a live performance at Federation Square. Lash & Skitzo released their first E.P - 'Pearl' with the tracks ‘It Ain't Eazy’ and ‘Busy Bee’ that were featured on channel 2's (ABC) series ‘Ready For This’ and also N.I.T.V's - 'Move It Mobbstyle’.. including a snippet on channel 10's 'The Project'. After being aired numerous times over the years on radio stations: 3RRR, P.B.S and Hau’s hip hop show on Triple J. ‘Cats Eyes & Sirens Mouth’ trip-hop album produced in 2017 gave even more momentum and their song ‘Crimson Blockard’ was featured on Wu Tang Clans Mixtape by Dj Symphony and gZA. Their official album ‘Therapy Tapes' (2018) caught the attention of A.M.V senior curator Carolyn Laffan which led to ‘Lady Lash - Therapy Tapes’ to be inducted into the ‘Australian Music Vault' along with Plutonic Lab, Maya Jupiter, Hilltop Hoods, Def Wish Cast and many other hip hop greats. Skitzo's instrumentals have recently been recreated by live bands at the 'Melbourne Recital Center (2022)' - 'Saint Kilda Festival' main stage (2023) and touring interstate festivals Cheap Sober & Willis MC collaborated with Skitzo (2008) releasing 'SYDNEYS WORST' and the following year Planz & Mandle's (R.I.P) Madizm album - 'Any Given Dole Day'. Later in 2009 connecting with Klirx (Agent Khaos) forming longevity unity: Dark Art Republic (The 13th Realm). Creating 1 mixtape and 4 albums, 4 of them recorded at Ciecmates - Chess Sound Studio. With "Skitz on the Beat" and Klirkavich khaos munting his gully toxins on the mic, later gigs opening for - Bias B, Big Foot, HYJAK, Raw Lab, Plarks, GUTZ and loads more much love to mums and the fam for inspiring me all these years
