The Heart of the Arts Folk Festival is a three-day event for musicians and visual artists. The weekend encompasses bluegrass, Irish Celtic, Gospel, Scottish, Civil War, folk, and mountain genres.
This year the festival will be held at the Titusville Middle School located at 415 Water Street, Titusville, Pennsylvania, and will consist of 51 workshop choices, one presenters concert, a hymn sing, a contra dance experience, jam sessions, vendors, and lots of camaraderie.
Additional options available through the Titusville Council on the Arts that weekend are meal plans, dormitory lodging at the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville, and on-site camping areas (RV and tent).
