Urban Overload is BACK with its THIRD edition, and this time we're taking it OUT WEST!! There are 2 heats (see UPR LIVE Section on the left for dates) and the Final will be held November 21st. As usual there are 2 sections, HIP HOP (MCs) and RNB (Singers) with both sections posting a $400 CASH 1st PRIZE. Hip Hop Artists must do originals and RnB Artists are welcome to do covers but are encouraged to perform originals!
