EVERY TUESDAY "The Russian River's favorite swing band" Created from a talented mixture of Sonoma County musicians, Out of the Blue plays an eclectic mix of jazz and swing music with an old time feel, featuring tunes from the early 1900s to the present. The group is led by Mark Larson, vocalist and guitar player. Mark has over 30 years experience in music, with his roots in rock and roll, blues, bluegrass and jazz. Other band members include: On the violin, Michael Kane provides outstanding solos with the flair of an old time fiddler. Curtis Duff brings heart wrenching sounds to the mix on the pedal steel guitar and zippy traditional solos on the Dobro.
