WEEP starts at 3:30 pm. Continuing our annual tradition, the Ocean-Reef-Beach Festival returns to Pelican Beach Park on Saturday, December 5, 2015. Join us in celebrating the ocean lifestyle in a family atmosphere with fun activities for all ages. From educational programs in the clubhouse to a sea turtle maze for the kids, there will be something for the whole beach community. Festivities Begin at 10:00 am. Music Starts at 12:00 pm. WEEP begins at 3:30 pm.
