Join us on October 16th at Brooklyn's WORD bookstore as we celebrate the Portland-NYC writer's exchange program with Cari Luna (whose debut novel The Revolution of Every Day is set on Manhattan's Lower East Side and who left NYC for Portland, Oregon) and Mitchell S. Jackson, whose debut novel The Residue Years is set in Portland, and who moved from Portland to NYC). Both will read from their books and share a music anecdote or two.
Echo Bloom will provide the night's musical entertainment, and share a book story.
There will also be wine and pastries at one of New York City's finest indie bookstores.
