Shirley is a Houston-based Songwriter and publisher making her mark in the U.S. and Europe.
Shirley Goines originally from New York City is a successful songwriter who writes and composes R&B, POP, COUNTRY, EDM, CCM, AC and other different music genres.
Shirley had her first music-related job at RCA Records and while there, she formed a production company called Fe-Nomenal Productions, she landed her first distribution deal with Prelude Records. "All I Need Is You", performed by Starshine which she Co-Published and Executive Produced.
It has been re-released to a to a whole new audience.

She also had two # 1 songs on the U.K. Soul Charts with U.K. Soul Artist Diane Shaw.
This song was co-written with Grammy Award Winner Ken Williams.
She later produced more projects including Aryn Archer's "Sorry" which features a remix with G.dep.
She worked with artist from different countries in and outside America, starting with Mayasian artist A.C. Rick "Hot Streak" charted on Mayaysia's U.S. Station Hitz F.M. She has colloborated with South Africa's, African Wine with the release of "When I Needed It" as well as Nigerian Artist Tarrah, with the release of "Sunny Side Up" and "Who Said Love Was Easy"
She also worked with Kenyan RnB and Pop artist Ray Keyz Official on "Suddenly", "Will be alright" and have more songs to be released. She expanded her reach by working with artists from Asia including upcoming K- pop, adding more power to her music catalog.
Shirley then formed the Indie Label Global Harmony Records which she uses as a vehicle to release her collaborations with artists all across the world.
Through Global Harmony Records she has been able to achieve more in terms of global music impact and songwriting to producing and this has been through her work relationship, desire to achieve and above all the creative mind she has of understanding that music is a worldwide medication.
