Straight out of the delta of N.E. Arkansas and just a short distance from Memphis, TN. Ronnie Presley has music running deep in his heart and soul. With over 50 years of clubs, bars, restaurants and venues of all sorts to perfect his craft of singing and playing guitar his story is that of passion and love for the music. He has opened for national recording artist such as Night Ranger, Anthony Gomes, Buddy Jewel, TG Sheppard, Tracy Lawrence and Doctor Zarr's Amazing Funk Monster and performed at many of the same music festivals that included the artist Rock Sugar, Ashton Shepherd, Kentucky Headhunters & more. He is always performing for the diverse crowd of music lovers that enjoy 50’s to today’s genres of music. Weather it is the blues, country, classic rock or reggae that you love to listen to, then you should plan on catching one of his shows soon. Everybody can experience a show full of music and fun that takes them back to the songs they know and love while hearing how closely the songs are done to the originals. He learned his vocal chops at a young age and was influenced by greats like Elvis Presley and John Fogerty among others. His versatile vocal range is what gives him freedom to cover such a wide genre of music. Ronnie has spent many years of his life playing and performing in bands as a front man and guitarist in and around Memphis, TN. and all over N.E. Arkansas. Back in the 1970’s & 80’s he played in Texas, Oklahoma, and parts of Missouri. Now he is on the Gulf Coast also helping to round out his musical career. Musical and vocal influences range from John Fogerty, Paul Rodgers, Vince Gill, Randy Owen, Ry Cooder, Keith Urban, Paul Carrick any many more. Ronnie Presley is a very distant relative to the King of Rockin’ Roll “Elvis Presley”. However distant, he feels proud to carry the name on and off stage.
