Ron Hayden has been a singer songwriter/guitarist who has been playing and singing his own music for over 30 years.

Ron has played for years around Chicago and after years of encouragement from friends in the music business he finally has released his debut CD "Hard Times in the Heartland" on CDBABY. People around the world have purchase the CD and Songs from the CD have been played on many radio stations. His songs have generated interest in Nashville and also have been considered for Major Motion picture projects. In October of 2022 ReverbNation made "HARD TIMES IN THE HEARTLAND" their #1 Americana song and featured it on their crowd picks page. In September of 2023 Reverbnation made "WANTED MAN" their #1 Country song and featured it on their crowd picks page. In January of 2024 "WANTED MAN" went to #1 on Georgia Internet radio.
Ron's single release "The Story of Charlie " in 2017 gained international attention receiving numerous awards from Canadian internet Radio stations. Was a nominee for traditional country song of the year by the World Songwriters Assortation and was voted the patriotic song of the year in 2021 by Canadian internet radio, The song was also used the song to try and help raise money for Veterans in need.
Now living In Powdersville South Carolina Ron performs all around the Greenville area with his partner Chris Reynolds. he Hopes to build his own recording studio and continue to write and hopefully release a 2nd full length album soon that carry on his Midwest roots country/rock common man feel.
