Singer/songwriter Rochelle Smith is a multi-instrumentalist who plays either solo, or blends harmonies with other musicians. She plays guitar, mandolin, bass, and various hand percussion.
She has performed at: Bogus Basin Nordic Center, Seattle Folklife Festival, Hwy 30 Music Fest, Knitting Factory, The Record Exchange, Boise Community Radio Fundraisers, Art Source Gallery, Portland,Eagle, Boise and Meridian Farmer’s Markets, Sockeye, Moxie Java, Women in the Arts, Idaho Botanical Gardens, Egyptian Theatre Words and Music, Boise State University, Woodstock’s Pizza, & Sudwerk Brew Pubs in California, and soon the Rosalie Sorrels Music Festival.
Rochelle is the live sound engineer for all bands performing in-studio at radio stations “94.9 The River,” and “100.3.The X.” She is a past recipient of the “Women Making History” award from Boise State University.
