Twenty miles out started out in 2019 on Bandlab as a collaboration between musicians who used to live twenty miles out of London back in the eighties.
We produce an eclectic mix of rock music, with all "the bells and whistles". Contrary to current trends of getting to the chorus/hook as soon as possible, we let the music go where it wants to go, with the appropriate orchestration, sound effects and solos.
Following the release of our debut album "Saving it up for a rainy day" (September 2022), we didn't let the grass grow under our feet and it was quickly followed by "The West Coast" (December 2022) and "The Third Wave" (March 2023). After a bit of a hiatus we're back in business with the release of our latest album "Hold on ... You Frozen Beauty!" on 1st July 2026.
Hope you enjoy. Twenty Miles Out. Let's go!
