Q: Have you ever written a song that you don't sing, but that you anticipate will be as great as the ones that you do rock? Like something that's better suited for a female or a specific artist.

A: Yes I've written a number of songs that didn't really suite my style at that time, but were good songs... I should dig through them and get them cut. Ha. As an exercise sometimes I try and write from another persons point of view, or maybe even some strange genre of music that is far removed from myself.
