Qonda: (Zulu Language) means to Understand.
Based in Corona, California, Qonda is an architect of sound whose roots run deep into the foundation of the Southern California underground. Emerging from the high-velocity energy of the early ’90s through the early 2000s SoCal rave scene, Qonda has distilled decades of dancefloor immersion into a singular, uncompromising sonic identity.
Qonda creates a visceral experience that is as much about the physical vibration as it is the rhythmic pulse. He doesn't just create electronic music; he constructs a relentless, monochromatic landscape for those who find their home in the dark.
