Please join me with my band mates on the last Friday of August for a Birthday celebration and showcase of local art in an unconventional venue... Phoebe Blume will be performing in the historic Whiteaker Neighborhood with her trio on Friday, August 28h...featuring musical guests Aaron Malsch and Rich Sellars. The front lot of the Whiteaker Tattoo Collective will be transformed into an elegant musical stage...with rugs, lanterns, a baby grand piano, beautiful art, and a great lineup of acoustic music. Artist Michael Smith will perform early on, while Phoebe with her band starts at 6 pm, Big Fiddlin Sue at 8, then Phoebe Blume again closes the late night out on solo acoustic piano. This is a free event, and I would love to see you there!

“Phoebe Blume is indeed a modern woman. With the release of her CD "Into Your Fold" she proves that love and heartbreak are intertwined. With this CD one gets the sense that she has lived what she sings. She is a true artist and one who is in total control of her songwriting craft. Phoebe has a strong understanding of relationships and the complications that enter the fold. Phoebe captures the pain of love and loss but reminds us that there is always hope. Phoebe delivers a fresh sound that music enthusiasts who enjoy the raw storytelling genre of, Janis Joplin, Connie Converse and Joss Stone, will find fresh and captivating.”
