Paul Myhre is a singer/songwriter (ASCAP) whose music could be described as a mix of Americana, indie, folk rock, alternative country, alternative rock, jazz, and blues influences. He invites people to collaborate in song writing and song development. Mike Shelton has collaborated on a number of the songs and these songs are also released on our reverbnation page under the name "Stray Roads."
All of Paul Myhre's songs on this page are available for free download and artists are welcome to record the songs, adjust the arrangements, develop the songs, and use sections from the songs in their own compositions. He only asks that he is given credit as the songwriter or as co-songwriter. Paul Myhre writes and plays all of the instrumental parts, provides the vocal tracks, and has crafted the percussion tracks for his songs. Many of the songs are in rough form on this page so as to create room for other musicians to imagine how they might take the basic elements of a song and develop it further or rearrange it to make it more into their own creation.
