“PAUL AND KAY GARFINKEL My goodness what a great morning at Shake Rag!!! Paul and Kay were our featured musical guests and what a treat we had!!! Paul has one of the nicest voices we’ve heard recently. He could have been a crooner right along with Sinatra and Tony Bennett. Kay has a gentle and lovely voice accompanying Paul with her harmonizing, classical flute and drum. A special treat were two songs that we all just loved, “Savannah In Black and White”. A song about the caste system among the blacks and Caucasian races. It was a moving tribute to those who have come before us. Also, he sang his latest song, “Higher Mountain” writing about a wonderful guy and his experiences…………HIMSELF!!! We were so lucky to have over 50 people at Coffee Talk this morning. We were also gifted with many great musicians and singers attending too, Larry Mangum and the Payton Brothers, and Liz and Lon Williamson. What a treat for all of us fans!!! ”
