Good afternoon, My name is Howard C. Perkins III, iI believe that independent artist should be heard and I fully support them. I currently host a radio show "No Famous Cosigns Radio" on X105.1.com and online radio station, that can also be heard on the Tune In App. The show airs Saturdays and Sundays 12-4 pm est. The station does pay royalties to the artist whose music and publishing are set up.
