What can I say? Sometimes words cannot capture what the heart feels. Sometimes words are quite just... In this case I fall into cracks of delight because your music and your lyrics hold my soul in both places. I especially love Alexandra, She's The One You Forgot TO LOVE & Midnight Water. Bruce Gilbert's songs, even though he's been writing them for a while now, are melodically refreshingly with lyrics that are alive... like ocean spray on a summer morning at the beach... rising up and riding the crest of a big wave, taking the listener for a sweet ride. Yeah, he's that good.
